Our Mission is to develop skills, strong character, and Scout craft skills in boys of our community. More than ever, America needs the leadership qualities, citizenship awareness, and character development that Boy Scouting can provide.
- Our Troop uses ScoutBook for all Troop administration. This includes:

- Troop roster – adults and Scouts
- Events Calendar
- Please note that you must be a registered member of the BSA to have access to ScoutBook.
- The Merit Badge Counselor list is available in ScoutBook to registered unit leaders only.
- Scouts, would you like to schedule a Scoutmaster Conference or Board of Review? Just look under the Links & Resources dropdown menu to find links to both.
- The Troop 39 Parent Guide has been updated for 2023. You can find it near the bottom of the Files & Forms page.
- To see the Application and Registration forms, look in the Files and Forms page under Links and Resources.
- PLEASE NOTE: All Troop 39 emails are handled through our Yahoo Group, not through this website. To be placed on the Troop 39 email list, please click the purple Yahoo Groups graphic below — you’ll be taken to Yahoo where you can join that group. You’ll still need to register for the website separately in order to schedule Board of Review, Scoutmaster Conferences, etc.
