Being a Master of Ceremony at a Court of Honor will fulfill Requirement #8 of the Eagle Required Communication Merit Bage. Communication Merit Badge information can be found here<\/a>.\u00a0 Contact a Merit Badge Counselor<\/a>\u00a0 before you begin working on the Court of Honor to receive your Blue Card.<\/p>\n
